Welcome

St. Mark's mission statement is: -

This reflects our belief that we are called to spread the Good News of the Kingdom of God by what we say and what we do. New ideas for mission and ministry are prayerfully encouraged and developed.

We are a New Wine Church - by that we mean, we are part of the New Wine Network of Churches which has the aim of ‘Equipping Churches to see Jesus’ Kingdom Grow'.

St. Mark's Church is a member of the Evangelical Alliance.

St. Mark's Church has a special relationship with St. Mark's Church of England Primary School. We are represented on the governing body with three Foundation Governors, we also get involved in various activities throughout the year. Visit their website here.

Our church activities include weekly home groups, regular prayer meetings and social events.

The church ministers into the local community by offering weekly Baby & Toddler Group, a Lunch Club and Youth Clubs. We also support the work of Southampton Street Pastors and Comminicare. We are active members of Churches Together in Shirley & District and Southampton Christian Network.
